Refund Eligibility
- Custom Services:
- Refunds for custom services such as video editing, content creation, or marketing strategy are not guaranteed once work has commenced.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any applicable administrative fees.
2. Prepaid Packages or Subscriptions:
- Refunds for prepaid services or subscriptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completed work or time spent on the project will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Digital Products:
- Due to the nature of digital downloads or templates, refunds are not provided once the product has been delivered unless there is a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described.
Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to irma@aimarketingart.com with detailed reasons for the request.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will be notified of the decision via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Changes in your personal or business circumstances after service delivery.
- Dissatisfaction due to unclear project expectations not communicated before or during the project.
- Requests made after the project has been fully completed and delivered, except in cases of proven technical issues or errors on our part.
